Welcome ! At the Law Offices of Kim E Hunter, PLLC I defend the rights of individuals charged with misdemeanor crimes such as DUI, domestic violence, driving offenses, assault and theft. My practice is a small one and this is my choice. It is important to me that my clients have the best possible defense and that they understand what is happening. There is nothing more frustrating than retaining a lawyer and getting the phone call runaround, or never seeing your attorney in court. This won’t happen with me. Although I have a large network of Attorneys, both prosecutors and defense attorneys with whom I can consult on your case, it is I who you will speak with and see almost exclusively when you go to Court.

By doing this I can keep my overhead low, and those savings I can pass onto to my clients. It is not necessary to spend thousands and thousands of dollars to get an aggressive, caring defense attorney. I am happy to offer my clients affordable legal representation.
